We hope that the information we have put together will be of help to you. We exist to provide information and support in non-judgemental fashion, predominantly to the female partners of Trans People.

Transvestism and transsexuality are very widely misunderstood. Transgendered people are often perceived by the uninformed as kinky, deviant or sexual perverts. We cannot stress strongly enough that this is totally untrue. There may or may not be a sexual element to transgendered behaviour, especially transvestism (this is dealt with elsewhere on the site).

When you first find out that your partner is different, you will most likely be very confused and upset - perhaps you'll be wondering what transvestism and transsexuality are all about, why he* does what he* does , what the effect is going to be on your relationship, your sex life and your social life.

  YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!

Everyone here will know, to some degree or other, what you are feeling.

We have all been through it ourselves. Some of us struggle more than others, and each of our own experiences is unique.

However by sharing our experience and knowledge, and supporting one another, we hope that we will be able to create an environment of understanding and constructive help for those wanting to continue onwards in their relationships, and also for those who feel they need to move on.

We don’t hold all the answers, in fact there are no right or wrong answers. But talking your thoughts and problems over with others who have been in the same position, and understand some of the feelings you're experiencing, can often help.

No one here is any better than or superior to anyone else, and with this in mind we would ask that we all concentrate on those issues that affect us all. Should you wish to use this place as a reading resource, that’s fine. If you are brave enough to share that’s wonderful. If you are angry and struggling and need to talk or ask questions, someone will be here for you.

We will do all we can, no matter what the situation, to give you friendship, support and understanding in a safe environment.

The site in the main, is open to everyone to view, there is however, one small area that is for female members only, due to the nature of the complex relationship issues that exist within a trans/female relationship, the freedom of speech and ability to be candid will cease to exist if this were to take any other format.

We would therefore respectfully ask trans people NOT to apply to join this site. The only advantage membership gives is to allow female partners to work through things with other female partners.

Having said all that, we want this place to have a friendly feel!!

Many people are finding the site is a useful tool to sit down with their partner and discuss issues they may have.
